Who we are

cosyn was founded by Joana Dos Santos and Eric Rodríguez out of a desire to do the people-to-people-focused work they feel is often an afterthought in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) change management. Organizational transformation is challenging!

We have both been a part of these necessary but uncomfortable growing pains in our personal and professional lives, as we imagine you have (or are) as well. We believe there is a process for each group that can yield important breakthrough conversations and understandings, if the appropriate investment is made to see it through.

To co-guide this process with people collectives, we blend community organizing, psychosynthesis, and appreciative inquiry into strategic planning and organizational coaching that promotes equity and inclusion for our partner organizations. 

At cosyn, we invigorate hope and possibility through personal and organizational transformation for social change.

We do this by partnering with organizations to develop DEI plans of action, which can include co-creative strategic planning and equitable policy advising at any stage of a group’s journey.

We also coach people to live and work to their best potential while embedding equity in their decision-making.
