Life Coaching Giveaway
Congratulations on saying "Yes!" to life coaching and giving yourself the space to bring your calling to life!
At a very basic level, coaching is support to achieve your goals.
My coaching was born out of a desire for people, especially those who have not had access to a professional coach, to have a space to dream and move from surviving to thriving.
In this six-coaching session package, we will develop a goal to work on (based on what is calling you right now). Examples include:
Understanding what brings you joy and how to bring that into your everyday life.
Navigating transitions.
Understanding what the feeling of stuckness in your life is and what to do with it.
Understanding your cycles and how they can help you live a more balanced and purposeful life.
How to recognize behavior that perpetuates oppression and antidotes to restore our own human experience.
We will then develop a plan of action to attain that goal. Exercises, worksheets, visualizations, support, and space for growth (and healing) are all part of the experience.

You will be entered into the contest after you answer a 2-minute, multiple-choice survey and sign up for our mailing list (if you are not already on it.)
